Default Enchanted Volume 4?

Some years back I recall some discussion about whether the Enchanted Box Set originally was to include a fourth volume. Does anyone recall the specifics, and whether a tracklisting was ever leaked? I searched some older threads here, but haven't been able to find any additional info. Thank you!

Thumbs up

I remember something like
Crying in the Night , Real Tears, No Spoken Word (live),Mirror Mirror , Long Way to Go
these should have been on there
I always wanted like a remix of Alice too

What does that mean? A forth disc?

I've probably got my information all wrong, but I remember someone saying here, awhile back, that "Julia" was considered for Enchanted. Is that true?

I was a daily ledgie back when enchanted was just a gleam in Stevie's eyes. You won't find discussions from that era because they were in the old old old system we used before this one. We talked about it daily. Nearly the moment the track listing was out people were posting "the missing third disc" threads. The case that Enchanted comes in has room for a fourth disc. I think she had enough material to do it, but the three disc was likely a cost savings/price point that Modern Altantic (or whomever was distributed)wanted to keep. Remember Stevie was still unpopular just a year or so before this. a fourth disc would have been risky. Three discs allowed it to be priced lower

I am sure she had a short list of songs to be on a more expanded version of Enchanted, either more album tracks plus more demos and rare live/duets etc for the third and fourth disc. However in all those discussions we never heard about a fourth disc. Only songs that could have been, should have been, or were proposed (the one I do recall being discussed was All Over You, which was rumored but never confirmed)

Thanks for all of the info!

After doing a few more searches I came across this thread, which includes a lot of speculation and/or information about original tracklistings (including some info from former Ledgie Mike Bise):

If and when BD, WD, and RAL are remastered, I hope the label involves Stevie at some level - I'd love to see what outtakes/demos have yet to see the light of day.
