It's completely ridiculous hahah. That whole website is a satirical thing, poking fun at mass media... so it's all made up.

It basically just says Stevie and her "boyfriend" were seen shopping for engagement rings, that a 'source' says their relationship is "heating up" that she's "madly in love with him" and that "engagement is inevitable."

So random.

They must really like Stevie. The site is only a month old and they already have put out six fake news items on her.

ETA: on closer examination, it appears those same few stories are used for other celebrities as well, with only the photo, name, gender, and numbers changed. I guess they figure that such duplication will make it look like they have a lot of content when in reality, it's all the same.

Hah, I agree! I had a feeling before clicking the thread that it must be a hoax. But still..I got kind of weirdly nervous to read the thread!

I don't think Stevie has a boyfriend (but then again - how on earth would I know?!) but I don't see why 64 year olds shouldn't date. One of my family friends got remarried at like 70 and is the happiest she's ever been.

Ok I had this interesting dream last night about this. Rockaway Magazine(I googled it this morning and it doesn't exist) was reporting that Stevie was engaged to a Richard Hatch. Not THE Richard Hatch from Survivor fame, as they were quick to point out. In the same dream there I was walking with this hot White guy near the home of Barbara and Jess Nicks. This guy lived a couple of houses down and I was trying to convince him to ask Stevie out on a date. He was already friends with her and I was an aquaintance of hers. He was reluctant to ask because she was already engaged to Richard H. Then I went over to one of Stevie's friend's houses where Stevie arrived to visit her. Stevie was not a happy camper. She was complaining to her friend that she seemed to be in a one sided relationship and that Richard was a taker. She felt she was too old to leave him. I didn't think it was my place to intervene because I didn't know Stevie very well. It made me sad to see her so unhappy when the perfect man for her was within her grasp.
