Default Seeds We Sow Track by Track posted on Lindsey's site

http://lindseybuckingham.com/media/videos/12501/26861

New video posted on Lindsey's web site talking about each track on Seeds We Sow. I haven't had a chance to listen to the whole thing, but there is footage of him playing with his band in his studio and also some backstage footage with his family. I'll have to wait to listen to the whole thing later tonight but wanted to let everyone know it's out there, looks interesting!

Default Updated Video?

Unless they have updated the video, this thread was posted back in September:

This video merely reinforces my opinion that he could have played a solo acoustic gig over this side of the pond.....

no, it's new (or more accurately filmed at the same time but never posted before). it's real track-by-track. the one that came out in september was named wrong.

That still image of Lindsey just showing the tip of his nose down is very youthful looking.

I kinda wished he had acknowledged that he just retooled Stars Are Crazy, gave a bit more of the back story. I'd like to hear it from him, how that whole scenario went down, why he wanted to use the song. It was just a quick sum up of what the song was about.. which is odd to me considering he didn't fully write it. I know he added his own lyrics and that everyone has their own interpretation of lyrics, just wish he'd given us a little more.

yeah i thought that was a bit strange too. he did talk about the fact it's a co-write and that it was Lisa Dewey's song when he talked about SAC on the Small Machine DVD.

I KNOW!! one of my favorite parts of the video! i always wondered how that rapping would sound live, plus they all obviously enjoyed doing the song. they should do another leg and include One Take!

Thank you, Mr. Buckingham for this gift! I really enjoyed the back story for these songs. I hope you can get back on the road soon so we can hear these treasures.

He talked about Process of Illumination, but most of the other songs on the album are about what happens when people are forced to tell the truth as well. When it is exposed. The album seems to be about the fallout. The disillusion and shock.
