Does anyone have the setlist order of the songs for the show that most of us have? It begins with Lola. Stage Talk, Monday Morning, but that's all I have in order. The rest are mixed up. Other songs include Heartbreaker, Rhiannon, Blue Letter, Crystal, DLMDA, Django, Races are Run (exerpt)...etc. Also, where did this show take place and when?
