Default UK TV alert

BBC4 are showing Don't stop again on Friday at 11:30pm and the Bio channel are showing Fleetwood mac on Sunday at 10pm. Sky subscribers who have sky player on their computers can also watch Dave Fanning interviewing Lindsey as part of the sky arts channel, although its a few years old. Must be something in the air as Sky 2 were showing rumours classic albums last night too!

Default thanks!

I like 'Don't Stop'. Will be good to have it on non-YouTube to view.

I know what you mean. i only caught the last 1/2hour of classic albums the other night, even though i've seen it before i feel i have a duty to keep watching these things to prove to british television that the demand is still there

Not to be critical, but I am not enjoying this documentary on Bio at all. It wreaks of half truths and the unpleasant "outsider looking in" sensibility. I much prefer them when it's the band themselves talking candidly about their lives and careers. THEN you can believe what they had to say.

Do you know i was about to say the same thing, this is the worst biography i've ever seen. And some of the clips of 'the band' didn't look like them at all!
Very dissapointed!

Just to add the only good thing about it was that they'd used a lot of interview clips from the Fleetwood mac at 21 doc from 88/89 which i've been trying to get hold of for years!

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I felt the urge to turn off five minutes in but I thought "stick it out because it might get better". It didn't. Just goes to show that not all things with Fleetwood Mac stamped across them are as great as you'd like to believe. I'd like to see a documentary that is completely made and produced by the band. At least you'd know to believe it.

Destiny Rules comes close to being that. Although I don't believe it, I do think it's what they wanted out there. It was their vision of themselves.

Promptly added to my Chrimbob list :P I love getting into the artists heads rather than the whole "what the friends and family" think. That just seems so detached to me. It's why I love Lindsey's "Not Too Late" documentary at the end of Live At The BFH. It's just dripping with his own ideas and his signature overworking (Which I love but others seem to get really annoyed about lol).

I like 'Don't Stop' because it has that bit where Stevie is describing LB's experimental mic-in-bathroom technique: 'ooh, ooh, ooh' ... 'OK' ... 'Take two' ...

Haha! I liked that bit too! Being the self professed Lady that she is, you just don't expect her to be that goofy :P
