Default Tusk Tourbook

I have a question about the Tusk tourbook. Why does it contain European advertisements?

Mine contains no advertisements at all. The closest thing to ads this copy is the discography in the back.

Does yours say "Printed in U.S.A." on the back cover... bottom left corner?

My copy is from one of the first shows that the book was available, early in the tour... Rochester or Buffalo, I don't remember which. There's also definitely a Japanese version, so perhaps there is a European issue as well? Did you get yours at a show then or acquire it later down the line, David?

Nope. I got mine at the California shows, which were fairly early -- December leg. The books with the British ads were also on sale at the very end of the tour in CA. This book has ads for European subsidiaries of Warner/Electra/Asylum; an ad for Musicians Only magazine for 20p.; the HMV Shop on Oxford Street in London; & a European distributor of Southern Comfort whiskey.

On the credits page, it says it was printed by Index House Ltd. in London.

Plus, the books that the people who went with me bought were also European.
