Hi I´m new here and so far this seems to be a nice and friendly place!

I actually found this pic on my pc but it´s quite big (2.25mb) and I found that you can´t upload pic´s that big here. It´s a screenshot taken from the Rumours dvd (I think..) and I just love that picture. In fact I love almost EVERY pic of John, he always looks so vulnerable in a way!

The first time that pic appeared (as far as I know) was on the VH1 Behind the Music thing, wasn't it? I always assumed maybe it was provided by John (or I guess Chris) to be included in that portion where they are discussing the splits. That is such a beautiful picture. I wonder what year that was from....i'd guess anywhere from 1973-75.

No, that was in the Rumours Classic Album DVD...maybe it was in the Behind The Music special too, I'm not sure. Here's a bigger, slightly better quality version of the picture, courtesy of Brandon who posted some great screen caps in the Chris forum a while back.

There are a couple of photos of people in windows (John and Mick, Judy with a penguin) in the Rumours LP gatefold insert. Maybe an expert on window frames could match them up? :^)

I would guess at 1970-1973 though.

I thought her hair was a bit more bowlish in the earlier seventies.

It got longer and more fluttery around 1973. That's how I made my estimate. but who knows.

I think they were actually standing in a doorway in the original shot on the Classic Album show, too, or like the back of a truck or something...? But I like how the photographer was shooting upwards, makes a cool photo. It also always makes me think of how Chris always said they often were like 'siamese twins'-- they look pretty 'attached' here.
