Not a bad shot of John's penguin tattoo. If only it was a little bigger, I could take it to my local parlor as a reference.

Probably not. It's just that at this point in 1977 he was still doing some of the between-song talk, often in a humorous manner. Soon all that would change however.

I also think that with that light from above he looks a bit like that carpenter guy who was born about 2000 years ago.

Colour me stupid. Mind you, it came out when I was 4 years old and you can't buy it anymore, so I haven't really seen a big version. I might just get the classic penguin with the crystal ball anyways...it would be more recognizable.
