Default Who is not a solo fan?

Ok, I was answering the threads about songs I dislike and then I realize (well I always knew) that I don't like solo albums

I do like some Chris, Lindsey or Stevie singles. Specially Stevie's but maybe because she had more solo albums.. And I have all Lindsey solo albums and some Chris (1) and Stevie (1 plus Enchanted and Timespace).. but... I'm not crazy about them.

So I don't like their albums. Not as I adore Fleetwood Mac albums. In fact I wasn't excited about buying last Chris album. I thought about it, but at the end I didn't.

Now, of all solo albums I have, what I like most? Out of the craddle, and the one I dislike most? Go Insane.
So I consider myself not a solos fan.

I am without a doubt a HUGE fan of Stevie's solo work. LB & Chris - not so much. Sure, I like a song here & there, but not like Mac or Stevie where I obsess with the entire album.

I'm a big fan of Lindsey solo, I'm lukewarm when it comes to Stevie, and I have no interest in any of Christine's solo output.

I am a big time Stevie solo fan as well as FM fan - Lindsey - well I do have two of his albums - I like his solo stuff - I have one Christine album on vinyl - I've never actually listened to it - by far she's my least favorite solo-wise

I love Stevie's solo works. I also enjoy most of Chris and Lindsey's solo albums I have, but can't say they really won me over.

I'm a big Stevie solo fan, have a few things of Lindsey's and some Chris stuff. Guess I'm pretty well rounded. I love them all.

Lightbulb Goin' Solo

HUGE fan of Lindsey's solo work, as well as Danny. Lesser fan of Stevie's solo work, and even lesser fan of Christine's. LOL I prefer those two with FM, I suppose. I do have Christine's 1984 album on LP (listened to it once) and I don't own ITM.

Huge Stevie fan... Not a big fan of Lindsey's work. And Christine is okay. I love her one song "Love Will Show Us How" but I never really listened to anything else

Since I'm a die-hard Christine McVie fan, I have all of her solo albums & all of her Chicken Shack albums too. I have no real interest in Stevie solo albums. I only have 2 of her albums. I like Bella Donna though. I have TISL somewhere, but I haven't listened to it in quite a while. I have 2 of Lindsey's 3 solo albums, but don't really play them very much anymore. I also have Mick's first 2 solo albums which I do like. And I have 3 of Bob Welch's solo albums, which I also like although I prefer him with Fleetwood Mac.

I'm a mac-fan.

I still think every individual did their best thing in the Mac-setting. But if lindsey puts out a solo-album with Mick and John from the early process on involved it has a chance to top Mac-stuff.

I adore Bella Donna. And all Lindsey's solostuff even more. Especially Go Insane. Brave albums with balls. But nothing can top Tusk, even in bravery.

I love all the solo albums. Stevie's especially, but I ADORE 'Go Insane' even though 'Out Of The Cradle' is Lindsey's best IMO. Love both of Chris' albums.
LOVE the Bob Welch (especially 'Eye Contact') & Rick Vito solo albums.

I think it's unusual NOT to like the members' solo albums if you're big into Fleetwood Mac..I mean, yes, there ARE differences in the sound but they really are extensions of the work they did in Fleetwood Mac.

Stevie's music, especially her solo material, is what caught my ear first (and got me interested in Fleetwood Mac as a whole), and still remains my favorite. In fact, I often prefer her solo songs to her Mac songs.

But I also love Lindsey & Christine's solo albums, and the solo albums and material I have for Bob Welch, Rick, and Billy (I'm ashamed to admit that I don't own any of Peter or Danny's solo albums -- just a couple stray songs).

Couldn't agree more.
