After all this time, there's still the legend that Fleetwood Mac performed for the Easter Seals. I didn't see any such thing at the time, nor did I ever hear about it. But what I know did happen was that Don Kirshner wanted Fleetwood Mac on Rock Concert to perform about a year after this telethon, but Stevie was sick, so Don played the video of "Sara." That's the only FM I ever saw on Don Kirshner after Tusk. Don introduced the clip by talking about their work for Easter Seals Society & saying "The lady & band with a heart, with their big hit Sara ..."
