I love that one. woo, really?!! A packing invoice!!! After I read that, I made up my mind that I would NOT be ordering the cd from that trash of a site.

Wish I would have known better before I joined their lame-ass fan club.

"I can only take it so far guys. We got an offer from a tour operator and the band seemed to feel that if the fans wanted this, they'd take time on a concert nite (just think about that level of loyalty from the artists) to meet those who cared that much that they would book a hotel and tour pack. So I understand differences of opinion and encourage open banter here. But there has to be some level of civility. Too bad the rotten apples really do spoil the barrel.

For the future - Those of you with 3 or 4 stars by your names who have experience here - slap some sense into the offenders. The goal is for this board to encourage participation!

Knight's words the day of the first fan club ticket sale 3/13

"The Fan Club offers a block of reserved seats that are great and then the general public seats before the GP gets access on Saturday. HOW GOOD your seats are depends on when you sign in and how many others are fighting for those seats when you are trying to buy. The Fan Club value regarding tickets is that you're choosing with a very small group compared to the public onsale. While you may not get the seats you hoped for, the seats you get now should be better than what you would get if you went to the public onsale."

That was his lame explanation for why nobody got the type of seats they expected and were promised.

Here are his words in a fan club email dated ten days earlier on 3/5

""IN ADDITION TO THE BLOCK for members, you get a chance to select from ALL THE GENERAL PUBLIC SEATING BEFORE THE GENERAL PUBLIC ONSALE!!"

And who can forget this gem from the same email...

"It's first come-first served so you want to come in when "the doors open" to get the best choices."

We all know it WAS NOT FIRST COME for BEST CHOICE. What happend to the access to all the general public seats? The word ALL means ALL. I guess general public seating could mean something else, but I don't know what, or how buyers are supposed to know what's excluded. Do you?

OMG, "spot what is wrong with this sentence". First, he makes it sound you're making money (hah!) out of sararhiannon.com. Then he seems to think that "Stevie Nicks live in Paris" is something Stevie would want copyrighted. And all this after he linked to your site for.. well, I've forgotten whatever song it was (ACLU Peacekeeper?), and told his board to go download it from you. Wtf?

By the way, we have over 50 notes or calls to us from very upset Club members who did not receive their passwords and couldn't participate in the presale at all! IN EACH CASE I'm aware of, when we check the records, those people actually made the simple and human mistake of typing in their email incorrectly when they signed up!

So it's all our own fault then? Hmmmm
