"The Knight" advertising on VH1. com message board?

Exhibit A:
So someone posting as "The Knight1" has posted a thread on the vh1.com FM message board entitled "Official Fleetwood Mac Fan Club Info", it reads as follows:
"Thousands of members enjoy specials including advance concert ticket presales organized by the Fan Club. For info, please see the videos from Mick at http://www.FleetwoodMac.com/club.htm. Lots of info there including an introductory tour of the studio where Say You Will was recorded! Enjoy!"

To which I say:
Wow, we REALLY enjoyed those "advance concert ticket presales organized by the fan club", Knight! Has the man NO shame?
(Rhetorical question, don't answer that.)

Exhibit B, under "FleetwoodMac.com Has Band Photos":
"We have photos, news and video free for everyone at www.FleetwoodMac.com. Just wanted everyone here to know about this resource."

Wow, using the VH1.com message board to promote the website he runs. Can someone save these as screenshots, because...gee...hmmm...I WONDER, just wonder, if he has the legal permission to advertise the Fleetwood Mac Fan Club and website from the people at VH1.com. Don't all the other artists' representatives on that site have to sign contracts? Hmm?

He really incriminates himself when he says, "We have photos, etc.". Just tie that noose around your neck a liiittle tighter, Jonny Boy...
