I've had a bunch of Billy's rare and not released stuff uploaded to YouTube for a long time. This past week on nearly each day, I've been getting notifications from YouTube that one after another, songs from Billy's 1980 self-titled album are blocked for folks in Russia.

Very odd. No idea why this would happen.
