They have it a little wrong since "Sara" has nothing to do with rehab, "Welcome To The Room....Sara" does, but the original "Sara" is about many things, but rehab isn't one of them. Depending on who you listen to the name was either inspired by Sara Recor, was a name that Stevie always liked and the name she gave the child she aborted or was the name she called her muse.
