It's played standard tuning with a capo at the first fret. Though in the DR docu I'm almost sure he's shown playing it without a capo so he must have just tuned the guitar up half a step.

I started it when the HDNet concert was shown and got three bars in before I forgot about it
I really want to learn it as well so I'll try finding time to tab it. Haven't really been tabbing anything much recently because I've been trying to write and record my own stuff. I'll try giving it another go, but don't expect anything soon
