Also, correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t it only called a landslide when it’s land (I.e dirt, mud, rocks, etc) falling and an avalanche when it’s snow falling? Since the song is set in snow-covered Aspen, wouldn’t anything falling down be an avalanche and not a landslide?
