If that isn't Ronnie Lane, I'll sell my car. Ronnie Lane was the bass player in the Small Faces, and later The Faces. He's out of your realm of blues music. What makes the photo interesting is that Peter Green is getting fat, drinking beer, and hanging out with (at the time) rock stars. Whomever found this photo deserves proper credit.
