Sometime in 1983 (I remember I was 12) when HBO was new and they were playing the Mirage concert video over and over I stumbled across it one dull Saturday afternoon. I remember first seeing Lindsey and wondering who this cool drink of water was.
After Sisters of the Moon I was riveted by Stevie's strength and passion. I watched the video everytime HBO played it after that and took Poloroids of the TV screen of my favorite moments so I could look at them anytime. I remember sitting in the dark by myself glued to the TV and my parents out at the kitchen table. I think they were concerned about me!
