I was the same for R.E.M. The last was in Manchester Cricket Pavillion, and it had been raining so most of the ground was covered in tarpaulin. I was that eager to get to the front (I did and that has its own story ) that I nearly went arse over tit fighting others back while skidding across the ground lol. I'm glad I thought to wear my running shoes that day
