The hard time is for marrying and impregnating someone from the gorilla family...his wife.

I won't admit to watching this show. Instead I will claim I read all about it on the survivorsucks website. The hard time he is facing stems from lying on his financials when they were foreclosing on his house. He also used a fake driver's license and, I believe, used a relatives birth certificate to obtain it when his license was suspended.
