From what I've read it was an unused track from the
Out Of The Cradle sessions. So, it pretty much is just a Lindsey solo tune.
He DID do some vocal & guitar overdubs to "Paper Doll", even though it was the
Behind The Mask incarnation that recorded the basic tracks.
