I think one of the things that Nicks has to contend with is that some fans seem to want one type of Stevie and ONLY that type of Stevie, everything else be damned. So you're going to get "I only want the rockers, everything else sucks" or "I only like the mystical stuff" or "The romantic stuff is the best".
She gets nailed lyrically too....some complain her lyrics are too "obtuse", others complain her lyrics are too straight-forward....
