Mmm, I embraced my hillbilly taste buds!
So, everyone knows I go to Nashville all the time. Well, I always eat at the same places, every trip. This time, I decided it was going to be a new place every night.
So I got on Urbanspoon, and researched a bunch of new places. Tonight, I went to a restaurant called Rotiers, for "southern cooking". I had fried chicken gizzards, with onion rings, a house salad, and rolls. And it was delicious. The best gizzards I've ever had(yes, I'm sure 95% are wanting to hurl now
).
They've been in business for 65 years, and it doesn't look like the decor's been updated since they opened!
I'll be going back, every time I'm in town, now!!!
