That's the thing about music... it's not logical. Just because I love Stevie Nicks does not mean the next logical step is I love ALL of her songs. Music is emotional... it either reaches out and grabs you, or it doesn't. Secret Love in it's entirety reached out and grabbed me. These snippets have not done so yet. But if you'll reread my first post you responded to, I admitted I probably need to hear the entire songs to be able to connect with them and make a decision.
It all boils down to taste. I hear Italian Summer and it reminds me of the deplorable sappiness of Wild Heart. You hear it and you're in ecstasy. Your viewpoint is just as valid as mine. I don't discount your tastes, and you shouldn't discount mine. And most importantly, keep it about the music... leave negative personal comments of other board members to yourself. We're here to discuss the music, not berate each other because we don't have identical taste.
