Even so, at least quite a lot of them have gotten surgery that isn't overdone and they still look amazing (and themselves).
I sure as hell don't plan to age gracefully.
If it makes someone feel better and they get good surgery that doesn't transform them into a swollen, plastic reproduction of their former self I see no problem with it
