^ Yeah it's always the traveling that ruins plans. The majority of the good concerts here take place 45 min. + away. Where I live is surrounded by water so the only way you can get around is to drive through 5 thousand highways and sh*t. I wish trains were more common here as they are in the UK, it'd be much more convenient but getting a train here to go places daily would be like getting a plane - not so common.
Back to the subject, I'd have no problem going to a show alone if I could if nobody else around me wanted to go. Although I'd much rather go with my best friends anyways, unfortunately they live too far away but they are into the bands I'd want to see as much as I am.
