I would never want her to stop recording new music...but only if she doesn't wait another ten years.
I'm still holding out hope that if/when there is a proper "In Your Dreams" tour, she might shake things up a bit. I'm expecting, at most 4-5 new songs...and, god willing, maybe one or two older songs to surprise us. "Love Is" was a decent surprise back in the August 2010 shows...but what was the last "treat" before that? Beauty and the Beast/If Anyone Falls/How Still back in 2005 (or was it 2007?). Granted, we did get "Storms" for the Unleashed tour.
I'm just rambling now. Out of frustration.

.
But like you said, unless she majorly shakes up her touring act, I just don't get what the point is anymore. She'll add 3 new songs at MOST if she does a proper solo IYD tour. She won't change anything else... we'll have no other album rarities on top of the new IYD songs.
I wanted so badly to hear Storms live a couple of years back, but just couldn't justify $175 for ONE song. Because otherwise, it was same sh!t different day. I mean, I was sooo glad she pulled that song outta the dustbin, and Beautiful Child back in '03. Same with Love Is last year. But ONE lowly album cut per year is just pitiful and downright infuriating.
