Oh dear.
Considering the numerous times she has cheated death in the past, I guess I was under the assumption that she was immortal. I remember reading my first issue of
Life magazine and Liz Taylor was on the cover with the headline "Liz Taylor at 50." Whew, that was a while ago!
I can't believe I remember it so vividly! I thought she was simply the most stunning woman who ever lived. Her personal life was a hot mess, but she always maintained an air of dignity and took the high road with her career and her charity work. What an extraordinary individual and an extraordinary life.
