I think the general perception of the Ledge is a) It's not what it was. b) Everyone hates Stevie Nicks. c) Everyone is mean and stuck up. d) It is overrun by morons. These are certainly unfair, gross generalizations, but there is also a kernel (or two) of truth in there too. All I can say is that it takes all kinds- the lovers, the haters, the dummies, the smarties, the nice and the mean, etc. I think once you start to meticulously try to engineer the composition of the participants, that's when the board becomes a ghost town. There's nothing to discuss if everyone is on the same bandwidth.
