I've heard that kids these days (not you necessarily) go for oral first, as a way to avoid pregnancy (true) and STI's (not true) and also to "preserve" their virginity (bull****, IMO.) In my day (what am I, 90 years old?) sex was almost always first, because oral was scarier - everyone thought oral was gross when we were younger.

And bummer about your monthly. I used to get horrific cramps (nausea, vomiting, mild fever, intense pain unrelieved my medication.) The pill solved that for me.
