Love the new GOASTT interview. They always sound so intelligent/quirky/modest to me. I love the part where Sean sets Char a little straight after he discusses the media comparing her to Yoko- whom Sean mentions is SO different from Char- and then Charlotte says, "people think you're trying to be like your dad just because you wear glasses..." And Sean says, "yeah, well that's different because I look like him and he's my dad..."
It
is totally different because, unlike Yoko and Charlotte who don't look alike/aren't similar artistically/are not related/are from two very different cultural backgrounds Sean is John's child. Big difference, but so cute that they have a relationship so strong they can actually set each other straight without even upsetting the other. It's an intellectual pairing in so many ways, and in that sense VERY much like Sean's parents. But only in that sense.
