Sounds good. I love to cook. And while I do shy away from 3 hour dishes, I like things that take 45-60 minutes to put together.
I'll have to try that, with the lasagna. I'm trying to get all my "winter cookin'" out of my system, before spring hits. I want to do one more lasagna, a pot of gumbo, cabbage rolls, and a pot of chili, while it's still cold out.
