yea, i have seen the sisters of the moon when shes in tongues but i could never get my head around mid video, with a slight jump of some kind?? But i have got a few live bootlegs downloaded with the live versions not jumpy as such witch is better to me. Sisters of the moon funny enough is my 2nd or 3rd favourite song ever. I havent made my mind up over Sisters of the moon or Im so afraid(live version from the 1980 live double disk in particular) |
I love both SOTM (fave might be Mirage show, but Tusk doc one is good too) and I'm So Afraid (that song made me realize how kickass Liddy Buck is on the guitar and was simply awesome when I saw the Mac in 09). A good bootleg I heard of that song is Nashville 1977 (it's awesome, but the best part is the jam at the beginning: Mick plays a cowbell
). The live 1980 album version is cool too, but the Dance version is great too (yes, I'm still yet to see the Dance folks, so feel free to lynch me
)
EDIT: And I saw you mentioned you liked Metallica too. Creeping Death is a great song, but my fave would have to be Fade to Black. I love the buildup from calmness to badassery, but I also love Disposable Heroes, Battery, and Orion (especially Cliff's bass solo). Hell, I love any of their stuff from before the Black Album and thrash metal in general (I'm starting to get more into Slayer and I enjoy Sepultura, Machine Head, and now Death)
And this might be a bit sudden, but do you have a Facebook?
