I think she should be released after all these years. She is not a threat to society anymore. She was caught up as a youth in the drugs and rebellion of the 1960's. She made a terrible mistake by taking part in the killings. But, it's over and done 40 years ago. Ler her out to die in peace.

On the other hand, Manson is still a threat. He should never get out. He is probably near insane by now anyway.

I feel for director Roman Polanski, Tate's spouse, who is still a fugitive of US justice livig in France. Let him come back after 30+ years. He won't be raping 13 year-old girls anymore. Even the victom wants him forgiven.

BTW. These Manson murders occurred just a few days before the historic August 1969 Woodstock Festival. Both in news at the same time (along with Viet Nam).
