You're right. When he was "fat", he was closer to an average person's normal, healthy weight, but to us, who are used to seeing him thin to the point where he looked like a muscular, adult version of a starving kid in Africa, it looked odd to us. While he's much thinner now, the fact that his cheeks are much more hollow than usual makes it look like he's very unhealthy.
Does anyone here think he might've had a touch of anorexia? Or am I speculating too much?
