EQ = "equalization"...a "simple" EQ are the "treble" & "bass" knobs on your stereo. In a recording studio, they have EQs that are adjustable in various frequencies in the human hearing range 25Hz (Hertz...the measurement of sound frequency) to 25KHz (dogs can hear even higher frequencies)

Les Paul...I must say he did make good guitars, especially the sunburst used by my man Jimmy Page (as you probably know by now, I am indeed obsessed with Led Zeppelin )

In regard to music and math, I love listening to music, but I hate math! In the spring, i almost failed precalc (then again, that class, like the basic science classes, since Stony Brook is a very science-heavy school, was designed to weed out people who weren't meant to go onto higher classes, and I just needed it as a prereq for a few business classes) and I've always had a hard time with it, but accounting was such a pain in the ass
