I just think it's a yucky look- the same way I hate trucker hats, Ed Hardy shirts and saggy pants. It's just plain douchebaggery. Furthermore, I don't think "thugs" should worry about being "abused," since I suspect the "abuser" would not stand a chance of surviving for very long.
