Yes, actually I could see the criticism working the
other way around, that a buyer liked one album and then got the follow up and was surprised and disappointed that it sounded nothing like the last one.
And I don't want to be a downer, but that was sort of my fear when I heard the word "acoustic" again, associated with the new album. After GOS I don't want something to be more like UTS. I loved UTS for its time, but I'm over it. NGBA
