Just hang in there is all I can say, and if you don't feel normal see your physician about your issues.

I think it's because I've been hit so hard with my workload as well as depression, and it's catching up with me. I couldn't even get out of bed this morning because, as morning me put it "nothing in the world is going to change if you get out of bed". And I'm not one for Doctors. I havn't been since I was made to see the practice's Psychiatrist and he put down my depression as a simple mood, something I'm sure those with depression can agree is laughable as moods don't even come close to it. I dislocated my knee a week ago and I still havn't gone about that. Kind of waiting for it to slide back into place on its own

I'm sorry you have so much to deal with at the moment. It's the anniversary of my Nan's death today but my experience probably couldn't even sneeze at yours. *hugs* Hang in there.
