*Looks for vid and watches it* He does look like one of those Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Men. I wonder if he could scare my uncle's dog (not too far from their house in Queens, there's a Verizon sotre that has one of those and every time she sees it,even if she's on the othe side of the street, she tries to run as fast as she could from it).
