When she says "they're" shooting for a March release, she's definitely talking about WBR. I guess they feel that's the best time for her to release her albums. The single should most definitely be out a few months before that, unless something leaks out first.
I'm glad Stevie is being so forthright about this album. Next, we need the album title!
