One time a few years ago for Christmas I attempted to make "Rachael Ray's 5 Minute Fudge''. Well, it took a lot longer than 5 minutes and came out a gooey hard mess. Of course I'm the kind of person who needs to be shot if I get within 20 feet of a kitchen appliance that isn't the refrigerator so it was no surprise it came out sh~t.
