Got No Home.

Okay, so it wasn't actually on the album -- it was a demo that was inexcusably passed over for the album. Actually it was one of several BTM demo offerings by Rick that were rejected -- instead, they chose his weaker (IMO) Stand On The Rock.

I don't think that was of Rick's choosing. He offered good stuff, FM didn't want it.
From his King Of Hearts Press Kit:
"I wrote one group of songs for BEHIND THE MASK that were in a bluesy rock direction," Rick notes, "but that turned out not to be the direction of the album. Almost the same day I got the thumbs down from Fleetwood Mac for this kind of song ......."

Lindsey called the album 'generic', and maybe he had a point. But if they'd given Rick & Billy more free rein, it could have been much more distinctive, like When the Sun Goes Down.

So with that gripe off my chest, I'll also pick the title track. I loved dark and dangerous Chris. I wish she would have done more dark and dangerous over the years.

This song might sound better if you're sailing.
Good one Viv. (Must be one of John's rare songs.)
