Yes, and yes!
There are nude beaches here, the springs near downtown have open air Roman-style bath houses where people do nude tai-chi, I see people nude in my apartment complex's pool, I see nude people swimming in the swimming holes in the greenbelt by my house, it's all awesome!
There's not much in the way of pious repression down here... people just drink, smoke pot, and get naked wherever they please it seems LOL!
