I'm somewhat the same way, I guess it has something to do with seeing deeper than what the outside shows.

I felt the exact same way with Debbie, but deeper down she was more beautiful than what physically could be seen (Same can be said for Christy C. - though someone needs her to see within instead of WHAT appears in the mirror)
