This is all starting to sound like a rerun of the Stevie Nicks - Klonipin saga.
This is really a simple matter. Lindsay Lohan had two DUI's and a drug conviction. She avoided jail the first time around by accepting probation. She has violated the terms of probation by repeatedly skipping out on appointments. Probation was thus revoked. She is not a victim.
