then why doesn't lindsay & other people w/ the means as you say, get an effin' driver if they want to party?~ party til you drop i don't care, but don't get behind the wheel, that should be of concern~ & why lie?, when the drug test says she was under the influence of coke?~ when she was arrested for one of the duis & had the coke in her pants, she was first saying how they were her favorite pants, but when the coke fell out, & all of a sudden she 'borrowed' the pants & was being set up

if she's a big girl & can handle her alcohol & drugs as she'd have us believe, then take responsibility like a big girl when you get caught~
