I don't think I ever thought it was Lindsey either, but I remember Letterman used to make a lot of jokes about it being Stevie making those sounds at the time.
I tend to think Lindsey is doing everything. I thought he was the children's voices at the end of
SYW before we learned otherwise.
Of course, I always knew that was him crowing on
Peacekeeper.
