I wanted to thank Lindsay again for posting Cloaks and Daggers. I bought that CD back in 1994 and lost it in 2006 before uploading it to my computer. I completely forgot how, on the fifth verse, Stevie is singing/yelling: "And when I call will you walk gently through my shadow?!!!"
Wow!!! That still gives me chills to this day, and I remember clearly my apartment in Houston that I was in in Spring 1994 when I heard it the first time. Thanks again, Lindsay.
BTW, guys, I never said Stevie had a problem with alcohol. I just saw her drink some Jack Daniels from a bottle in April 1986 in Austin. Stevie herself says her problems were with Cocaine and Klonopin and has repeatedly said that she isn't an alcoholic. I didn't mean to start that tired old debate. Just sharing my experience.
