Stevie was really out of it at that time, so I don't think she was very helpful to Lindsey. But with his brother having died a few weeks earlier, I do think that the band probably reached out to him at that time and so it probably was whatever caring they shared over that that led to him showing up at the last two concerts.
I was at the last concert, but I missed the one at the Cow Palace. I even had a ticket, but then I figured it was a waste of time and didn't attend. When my friend told me Lindsey appeared, I was crazed. It never occurred to me that he would show up in Los Angeles as well. I didn't think he'd do 2 nights in a row. I thought I'd completely missed the boat and I was devastated. So, when he did walk out in Los Angeles it
still was a complete surprise.
